Violations/comments: Observed employee drink sitting on top shelf above prep cooler. The surfaces of cutting boards are heavily scratched and need to be resurfaced or replaced. Observed mold growth on walls of drinking glass holding units in the bartending area. The physical facilities are not being maintained in good repair. Faucet in hand sink in dishwashing area was dripping. Observed missing grout in section on the tile kitchen floor. Discussed food code with manager and handed him food code packet.
