Violations/comments: Observed food temperatures on prep line above 41 degrees - roast beef, 46 degrees; tuna salad, 46 degrees; chicken, 46 degrees. Keep all TCS foods below 41 degrees at all times to prevent bacterial growth. The cold line was inadvertently turned off. Turned back on. Watch closely. Provide thermometer for two door refrigerator so temperature can be monitored. The bread oven was leaking water and the two-door refrigerator was leaking water. Repair. The slicer and the container holding clean lids needs cleaning.
