What do you do?
I work for a dairy manufacturing plant north of Dayton.
How did you get involved in the Gem City Podcast and why?
In 2013, Eric Ruiz reached out about doing a local podcast because I had done a podcast called “Tales From the Hardside,” and I would represent Dayton in my audio and video content. I offered to help cover the local music scene.

Why are you passionate about podcasting?
Podcasting is a great way to get your message out and showcase your passions. It has the ability to help build community.
What superpower would you love to have?
The ability to shape matter
What do you love about life in Dayton?
The art and music scene
What makes you proud to live here?
I love the history and Dayton's place in shaping the world.

Carillon Park

What would you do on a perfect date in Dayton?
Go for dinner at Pine Club, stop by the Century Bar for a cocktail and watch a show at Yellow Cab Tavern.
Where do you go for a great time?
I enjoy seeing local music at the various music venues. I love Yellow Cab, the Brightside and Blind Bob's. During the spring, I love Dragon's Baseball.

What should people know about Dayton?
Dayton helped change and shift the consciousness of the world. From Flight to Funk, Dayton has impacted technology and culture.
What do you think Dayton will look like in 10-15 years?
Hopefully, we'll see a Dayton Music Museum.
