As is the tradition with the beginning of a new year, many of you have probably been busy making resolutions to better yourself or your life in some way - whether that means planning to hit the gym a bit more often or picking up a new hobby or two. And, as you might have already guessed, the most popular resolutions are those that involve bettering your physical health through spending more time on the treadmill or choosing leafy greens over trips to McDonald's.

>> Try something new at the First Friday of 2020

However, no matter how many well-meaning resolutions you make for yourself, it’s much harder to actually follow through with them. Thankfully, though, we’ve done a bit of the legwork for you by uncovering the best health and fitness-related events taking place in the first week of January and beyond in Dayton.

Cheers to bringing your resolutions to life.
