It’s that time of year again... Santa Claus is coming to town!

Luckily for us, Dayton has plenty of places you can visit Santa with your kids this year. Make this holiday a special one for your children and bring them out to experience a beloved holiday tradition with the jolly old man himself.

For your convenience, we have compiled a list of the places where St. Nick will be hanging out this holiday season.

The Mall at Fairfield Commons   

🎅Santa’s Village Presented by Dayton Children’s Hospital 

Catch him before his sleigh takes off! Dayton Children's Hospital has made it possible for children to spend time with Saint Nicholas inside Santa's Village throughout the rest of December. 🎅Cookies with Mrs. Claus sponsored by Soin Medical Center

While visiting Santa on Dec. 18, you can enjoy cookies with Mrs. Claus from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. There will also be hot chocolate, a craft station and complimentary snack station. Cookies with Mrs. Claus is located inside the main entrance between Bravo and Flyboy’s Deli.

Dayton Mall 

🎅Santa’s Stories

Look out for St. Nick at Santa’s Village for story time, snacks, crafts and an overall holly jolly time with the kids. This is a free event. Each child can bring home a book from the event for free.

🎅Santa’s Here! Presented by Dayton Children’s Hospital 

St. Nick will be in the building taking photos with children and asking what they want for Christmas this year until Dec. 26.

🎅Lunch with Santa

Eat lunch with Santa and then visit the Tike’s Shoppe at the Schuster Center. There are multiple dates for this event, but reservations are required.

Where: Uno Pizzeria & Grill, 126 N. Main St., Dayton

🎅Petco Pictures with Santa

Find out what your furry pals want for Christmas this year by taking them to visit with St. Nicolas at Petco Pictures with Santa, hosted by the Humane Society of Greater Dayton. This event will be taking place at the Petco Town & Country on Saturday Dec. 7, Saturday, Dec. 14 and Sunday, Dec. 15th from 1-4 p.m. All proceeds from the pictures purchased will be donated to help the animals at the Humane Society of Greater Dayton.

🎅Sunday with Santa at Cape House Collectibles

On Sunday, Dec. 8, visitors to Cape House Collectibles in Beavercreek will have the opportunity to meet with Santa. Be sure to bring a camera as there will not be a photographer on site.

🎅Santa is Coming!

Santa and Mrs. Claus are coming to the One Dollar Book Swap in Dayton on Saturday, Dec. 14. Aside from taking photos with the pair, Santa will be reading a book to the crowd. Each child can bring home a free book at the conclusion of the event.

🎅Donuts with Santa

Indulge in donuts and crafts with Santa at Be Hope Church in Fairborn on Saturday, Dec. 14. After eating donuts and making crafts, children of all ages can take a photo with Santa and tell him what they want for Christmas.

🎅Northridge Community Tree Lighting

On Saturday, Dec. 14, the New City Church in Dayton is hosting its third annual Northridge Community Tree Lighting event. At the tree lighting event, fans of Santa can take photos with him, be read to by Mrs. Claus, and hand off their letters to Santa.

Bring the kids to a special breakfast with Santa at the Rusty Bucket on Saturday, Dec. 14. Limited spots are available for this event, so make a reservation as soon as possible. Proceeds from the event benefits A Kid Again.

🎅Sunday with Santa

The Dayton Beer Company is hosting a family-friendly afternoon with Santa on Sunday, Dec. 15. Visitors who bring their phone or camera can take a free picture with Santa at the Dayton Beer Company’s Santa Station. Bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate to Toys for Tots and receive a special price on any Dayton Beer Company pint.

🎅Cupcakes with Santa

Twist Cupcakery is hosting its annual Cupcakes with Santa at their bakery on Saint Clair St. in Dayton. After R. Leigh Photography takes photos of each child with Santa, they will receive a free mini cupcake and a special treat from Santa. There will also be a hot cocoa bar for all to enjoy. DIY Cupcake Kits and other treats will be available for purchase.

🎅Visit ‘Record Store Santa’

Santa is already a very cool guy. Somehow, he gets even cooler when he’s “Record Store Santa”. Santa will be hanging out at Omega Music in Dayton’s Oregon District on Saturday to take free photos with good boys and girls, adults and even well-behaved pups. Don’t forget to bring your camera, as there will not be a professional photographer at the event.
