The courses will include:
- Crab meat and avocado over greens, served with Breaker Bourbon;
- Pork Belly skewers and romaine garnish, served with The Burning Chair Bourbon Whiskey;
- Salmon Carpaccio, thinly sliced salmon with chef's spicy sauce, served with Amador Double Barrel, a Kentucky Bourbon finished in Napa Valley wine barrels;
- Seared Filet Mignon served over a bed of greens, served with Rossville Union Rye Whiskey; and
- New York Cheesecake topped with warm berries, served with Cantera Negra Coffee Liqueur.
