If you’re looking for a way for the kids to have fun AND learn about science, you’re in luck.

This weekend, the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery hosts Super Science Saturday, an eventful day of science discovery and learning. The theme for March, quite fitting for St. Patrick's Day, is going green.

Super Science Saturday is one of four free-admission days the Museum hosts for guests throughout the year. Visitors have come to expect the interesting mix of educational talks, science theater presentations, hands-on experiments, animal exploration events and more.

This Saturday, visitors will learn the impact of oil spills, about water treatment, explore creative ways to recycle, "fish" for trash, and come face-to-face with live animals as we discover the consequences of our local actions on a world-wide scale.
