Final touches were made to this brick ranch within the past few months, completing a renovation that started two years earlier.

Listed for $300,000 by Sibcy Cline Realtors, the brick home at 2333 Randy Drive has about 1,800 square feet of living space. Located within an established neighborhood of Kettering, the house sits well off the road. A concrete driveway leads up to the two-car garage and wraps around for extra off-street parking and continues into the backyard for an expanded patio.
