There are instances when a doctor or staff member must make other patients wait their turn, but blatant disregard of other people’s time is neither respected nor appreciated.

Medical professionals, especially office managers, please be more respectful to the waiting time of patients. Obviously, patients need to be more responsible regarding appointment times and wasting medical time. It is a shared responsibility to do our best, both patient and medical staff. It is hardly fair of patients to complain about having to wait when he or she has been negligent in being late or forgotten to go to an earlier appointment.
However, I remember waiting in a doctor’s office over two hours while work needed to be done in my business. I forgave the doctor that time when I learned he was in the emergency room saving the life of a very dear friend of our family.
