OVERNIGHT: Cloudy, a little breezy and not as cool, Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Dontae Jones said. Temperatures will be in the mid-40s. Look for a few light showers to the north close to daybreak.

THURSDAY: Some passing rain showers are possible, particularly north of I-70 for the first part of the day. However, there will be some dry times during the day and it will be breezy with a mix of sun and clouds. Highs expected in the upper 50s in the afternoon. More rain showers will develop and become widespread across the area during the overnight hours.

FRIDAY: Wet roads are expected for the morning commute because of rain showers. Activity will start to come to an end in the afternoon, with clouds breaking for some dry time later in the day and into the evening.

Highs will be mild through the day with highs reaching the middle 60s.

SATURDAY: This will be a fantastic start to the weekend, as the day is expected to be dry with plenty of sunshine. Highs will push into the low 70s, and it will be a little breezy. Clouds will increase at night with the slight chance for a few showers.

SUNDAY: Scattered rain showers will return through the day, as highs will be in the low 70s, although it will be breezy at times.

MONDAY: Scattered showers to start the week -- mainly in the morning. Temperatures won't be as high but still above average, in the upper 60s.
