Are black female inmates given smaller cells at county jail?

Nine months after the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office pledged an expedited probe of claims of racial segregation at the jail in response to a Dayton Daily News investigation, it's unclear if any action was taken in response.

Instead, the sheriff’s office has fired one of the corrections officers who complained about the issue and has not agreed to recreate the reports the newspaper used in its analysis.
