Police said the suspects ordered the workers into the cooler and told the manager to open the safe. Investigators said the female manager grabbed the gun and ran off with it.
According to officers, one suspect, Antwon Lightfoot, tried running after the manager but police managed to get him.
The other two suspects, Michelle Bird and Brittney Hartsfield, turned themselves into police.
