Investigators said a friend of the victim became concerned over his well-being and asked for the maintenance man to check on the older man. The victim, who is in his 60s or 70s, was found lying on the floor of the living room and bleeding.
Neighbors and investigators said the man’s death appears suspicious because his car is missing from the parking lot.
Investigators said victim's car was found on North Main Street in Dayton by a Dayton police officer. Deputies said a man is now being questioned about the man's death.
