David Shoemaker was taken to Wayne Hospital from the accident in the 1300 block of Verona Pitsburg Road reported just before 12:30 p.m., according to the sheriff’s office.
Shoemaker was headed north on Verona Pitsburg Road when the kickstand on his 1984 Honda Goldwing came down and caused him to drive off the right side of the road and overturn.
