Koester Pavilion has 13 presumptive positive cases, two of the pending tests are of individuals who have died.
Three employees are also presumptive positive, according the a release.
The department of health is reporting that there are multiple additional staff members at the facility with pending coronavirus tests.
A final presumptive positive case that Miami County Public Health is reporting is not associated with either facility.
A 56-year-old male resident of Miami County who has a history of traveling outside of the U.S. is presumptive positive. He is currently in isolation at his home.
