INTIAL REPORT:
An Endangered Missing Adult Alert has been issued for an 83-year-old woman, according to the Englewood Police Department.

Mary Ann Kopp was last seen at the Kroger store in Englewood.
Kopp has gray hair, blue eyes, weighs 160 pounds, and stands 5 feet, 2 inches.
She has been showing early signs of dementia with some short term memory loss.
Kopp drove away from her residence on Browning Avenue at around 5:45 p.m. and has not returned.
The vehicle involved is a 2008 white Chrysler Town and Country with license plate number HBQ9985.
