Gem City Market, a community and worker owned full-service grocery store, is set to open mid-2020 on the 300 and 400 block of Salem Avenue in Dayton.

A small briefing to discuss the teaching kitchen’s benefits will be held on July 10 at Grandview Medical Center.

This grant is the latest in Kettering Health Network’s continued support of the Gem City Market.

Last year, Kettering Health Network announced its matching program, allowing employees to purchase a Gem City Market membership for half price.
