HUBER HEIGHTS, Ohio -- Haz-mat crews are responded to a chemical leak at 6157 Executive Drive this afternoon. First responders say that a highly flammable chemical leaked from a truck at Veolia Environmental Services.

Executive Boulevard was shut down for a short time during the response.

Huber Heights Fire Chief Mark Ashworth says one person was overcome by fumes and was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

In 2009, an explosion at Veolia Environmental Services in West Carrollton caused $50 million in damages.  Four workers were hurt.  Veolia transports chemical waste.
