Villasenor returned to Miami County Common Pleas Court this week, where Judge Jeannine Pratt OK’d a request for treatment in lieu of conviction.
He entered a conditional plea of guilty as part of an agreement in which he will be required to complete two years of a rehabilitation program.
Program conditions include attending outpatient treatment, performing 30 hours community service, abstaining from illegal drugs and alcohol use and not participating in gambling online or at any establishment.
If Villasenor violates agreement terms, he would be sentenced on the grand theft charge, Prat said.
