Bottled water is now available at sites in Dayton, Vandalia and Brookville, according to Montgomery County officials.
People can can pick up water at the following:
- Corinthian Church, 700 N. James H. McGee, Dayton
- Morton Middle School, 8555 Peters Pike, Vandalia
- The Ridge Church, 7555 Brookville-Phillipsburg Road
The sites also are serving as Red Cross shelters for people displaced by severe weather or in need of emergency shelter.
Additional sites will be announced later afternoon, according to the county.

A boil advisory has been issued for Greene County Sanitary Engineering customers is Swigart, Clyo and Kitridge roads and Saville Estates areas.

GCSE issued the advisory and water curtailment requested for the mentioned areas until further notice.
Those areas are serviced by the City of Dayton and Montgomery County, which are also under boil advisories.
Customers in those areas should boil water for at least one minute before consuming water.
They should also try to decrease water use during the advisory.
None of the Greene County facilities have been affected.

The City of Trotwood has issued a precautionary boil advisory due to severe weather damage in the area.
Residents are advised to boil water for at least three minutes when using for oral hygiene or drinking and cooking.
Anyone with questions should contact Public Works at 937-837-1702.

The City of Dayton Montgomery County, Red Cross and The Foodbank Inc. are all working to establish water distribution sites, however those sites have not been determined, officials told this news outlet.
If you are looking for assistance you are asked to head to one of the Red Cross shelters in Montgomery or Miami counties.

These are the current Red Cross shelters:

- Morton Middle School, 8555 Peters Pike in Vandalia

- In Miami County: Hoffman Methodist Church, 201 South Main Street in West Milton

The boil advisory also includes the Prairies housing area at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
Areas in Montgomery County that have their own water service are not under the boil advisory. Those communities include: Oakwood, Huber Heights, Vandalia, Englewood, Miamisburg, Union, and West Carrollton.

A boil advisory has been issued to all City of Dayton and Montgomery County water customers following storm damage and power outages at water plants and pump station.
The boil advisory also includes the Prairies housing area at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, the base said in a tweet.

FIRST REPORT
All Dayton and Montgomery County water customers are being asked to conserve water Tuesday after widespread damage due to tornadoes that hit the area late Monday.
The City of Dayton sent out the following message on Twitter: “Due to the widespread power outages we are asking all Dayton and Montgomery County Customers to conserve water. We have lost power to both water plants and pump stations.”
The message also said. “First responders are performing search and rescue operations and debris clearing.”
