Gary L. Withrow is detained in the Shelby County Jail on a charge of felony drug possession.
The Sidney-Piqua Tactical Response Team entered 425 N. Miami Ave. about 8 a.m. on a narcotics search warrant. The premises was deemed a high risk to officer safety, requiring more assistance than Sidney police alone.
Additional charges are being reviewed, according to police.
Sidney police ask citizens to contact the department, 937-498-8777, or Crime Stoppers, 937-492-8477, if they know any information about drug activity.
