K9 units are on the scene of a pedestrian strike at 1616 Clarence Street after a driver hit a 71-year-old woman and fled.
The woman’s injuries are unknown.

Initial reports indicate a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in the 1600 block of Clarence Street around 5:20 p.m.
