Business Back To Normal At Arcanum City Hall

It was business as usual Monday morning in the village of Arcanum after a devastating fire Sunday at the city hall building on West South Street.

A cleaning crew out of Greenville and village employees spent the morning cleaning offices that suffered smoke damage in the blaze.

On Sunday morning, a police cruiser reportedly caught fire that was parked inside a garage at the rear of the building. The fire did more than $200,000 in damage to the historic building and three vehicles.

There were no injuries during the fire.
