The restaurant has a broad menu that focuses in part on cuisine from southern Mexico, where the Mexican state of Chiapas is located. Offerings include the Mole del Sur, a grilled chicken breast topped with mole sauce. Camarones Alambre featured 12 bacon-wrapped shrimp, grilled and topped with cheese, lettuce sour cream and guacamole. Meat choices for soft tacos include chorizo, carnitas, seasoned grilled chopped steak, marinated pork, cow tongue, and grilled chicken. Tamales, tostadas and tortas are also available.
The space previously housed the House of Kabab for five years, and briefly, the Pasha Grill II, which shut down in early August after less than two weeks.
