A bar in Tipp City was cited for disorderly conduct after patrons were still in the building and actively consuming alcohol, the Ohio Investigative Unit reported.

Tony’s Bada Bing, a pub on Main Street, was cited after agents reportedly entered the building and found approximately 20 people drinking alcohol. The pub was still in full operation, reports said.

Tony’s Bada Bing was previously cited on March 20 for improper conduct. Additional details about this citation were not immediately available.

OIU cited five locations total, with restaurants in Ashland, Niles, Warren and Parma Heights also cited for improper conduct and disorderly activities.
