Randall Brian Sizemore was indicted Tuesday for felonious assault and discharge of a firearm on or near a prohibited premises, each with firearm specifications, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report. He will be arraigned Aug. 27.

He is accused of firing a weapon from his black Dodge Ram pickup truck around 6:30 a.m. July 11 and shooting out a car’s window just before the driver crashed into a wall on Interstate 70 West at Ohio 235 in Huber Heights. The motorist, a 25-year-old man, suffered a graze wound to his leg, according to Huber Heights police.

Sizemore was taken into custody later that morning, after police in Fairborn responded to a report of shots fired at other vehicles from a black Dodge Ram around 10:15 a.m. He was pulled over and arrested on Ohio 235 near Haddix Road in Fairborn.

Sizemore was indicted July 19 in Greene County for felonious assault, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and two weapons charges. He pleaded not guilty during his Aug. 2 arraignment, court records show. A jury trial is set for Sept. 30 in Greene County Common Pleas Court.
He remains held on a $850,000 bond in the Greene County Jail.
