Jaryld Donyale Portis, 47, will be arraigned Tuesday for four counts of felonious assault and two counts of aggravated robbery, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report.

Dayton police and medics were called Sept. 24 to the 80 block of Pointview Avenue in Dayton on a report of a double stabbing. According to a Dayton Municipal Court affidavit, “Mr. Portis lured the victims to the basement under the guise that there was a problem with a fuse box.” He then is accused of hitting them in the head and cutting them.
