Marcus Anthony Green was indicted Friday for aggravated possession of drugs for amphetamine and obstructing official business, a misdemeanor, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report.

He is not in custody and is ordered to appear June 20 for arraignment.

Green was jailed Feb. 25 on a drug charge after he allegedly ran from police during a traffic stop on Rip Rap Road in Huber Heights for a marked lanes violation, Huber Heights police Sgt. Brian Carr said at the time.

Green was found following a short chase under the Wagner Ford Bridge near the Great Miami River, the sergeant said. Carr said police found narcotics on him and that he had warrants out of Dayton and Montgomery County.
