Dustin Michael Law is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday for felony inducing panic and misdemeanor obstructing official business charges in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.

Dayton police were called Aug. 27 to a house in the 600 block of Miami Chapel Road on a domestic violence complaint. When officers arrived, a man and woman had fled but witnesses said the man, later identified as Law, had a gun.

After a search, police found them barricaded inside a nearby vacant house and SWAT responded.

Law eventually came out of the house and was taken into custody.

The woman was found in the basement and arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Law remains in the Montgomery County Jail, where he’s been held since his Aug. 27 arrest.
