Kyle M. Quillen, 29, was sentenced to two years in prison with 176 days credited for time served, according to a Montgomery County Common Pleas Court official.
He also will have three years of supervision after he is released.
As a result of Quillen’s plea, rape and abduction charges were dismissed.
The charges stemmed from Christmas evening, when the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office received a call from a woman who said she was stabbed and running from Quillen’s home.

She was found on Klepinger Road near Siebenthaler Avenue, according to the report.
The woman reportedly escaped the home by kicking open a bedroom door and moving cabinets so she could jump out a kitchen window.
She told News Center 7 that Quillen wasn’t taking his medication at the time for an apparent mental health disorder.
Deputies found kitchen knives on the floor on the home and blood on a hallway wall and in the bedroom, according to the report.
