A 32-year-old Dayton man is accused of a burglary, robbery and car theft last month in Harrison Twp.

Dashawn L. Rice has an arraignment scheduled Thursday in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court stemming from the April 4 incident.

He is accused of breaking into a home in the 3700 block of Ark Avenue and robbing a woman and taking her car, a 2011 Hyundai Sonata, according to a grand jury report released Monday.

Rice has been held in the Montgomery County Jail since his April 4 arrest.
