The theft of a 10-week-old puppy, an XBox 360, three televisions, a shower curtain, miscellaneous food, miscellaneous kids clothing and a diamond ring set occurred before 2:32 p.m. from an apartment in the 600 block of Douglas Street. Police report the back door was unlocked. A value of the puppy and the items stolen was not reported.

A 27-year-old Middletown woman was arrested at 11:45 p.m. at Walmart, 2900 Towne Blvd., on suspicion of petty theft. Police report she allegedly stole $83 worth of merchandise.
