A van carrying four children was stuck after a second van reportedly pulled into the vehicle’s path.
The at-fault van that struck the front end of a Champaign County Engineer’s dump truck, according to officials.
No one was injured in the crash.
The mother and children were on their way to Dayton Children’s Hospital for an appointment.
The driver of the at-fault van will be cited for failure to yield.
