He had also fought with a few patrons, and after he settled his bar bill, the bartender wanted him out of the place.
Taken outside, the suspect was told to sit on a bench while awaiting a cab, but he fell off the bench and twice tried to walk into the street. Warned he would be arrested if he did that again, he got up and walked into the street once more.
Sure enough, he was arrested.
After a minor scuffle, he was handcuffed and taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
