A woman, identified as 20-year-old Darlene D. Smith, had a hold of the man’s hair and refused police orders to let go. She kept yelling “Just shoot me, just kill me right now,” according to a Dayton police report.

When an officer told her they would use a Taser, she replied: “Just Tase me,” the report stated. Police said they pried Smith free, handcuffed her and placed her in back of a cruiser.
Her ex-boyfriend, 21-year-old Donald Baker III, suffered scratch marks that were bleeding, with he told police were caused by Smith.
Baker said the incident began when his friend, a woman, left the front door unlocked when she arrived. Several minutes later Smith entered uninvited and began hitting, scratching and grabbing Baker, he told police. He and the woman eventually got Smith outside and locked the door.

But within five and 10 minutes, he said Smith busted open the door and got inside again. She went after Baker until police arrived and were able to subdue her, according to the report.
Smith was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on suspicion of aggravated burglary. She is scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Dayton Municipal Court.
