Richard A. Miller Jr., 38, of Xenia, pleaded not guilty Friday in Greene County Common Pleas Court to more than two dozen felony charges, including trafficking and possession of drugs, conspiracy and engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity.
A vehicle and $1,200 were seized when Miller was arrested in late August, according to the prosecutor’s office.
Miller is being held on $250,000 bond in the Greene County Jail.
“Miller faces a potential sentence upon conviction of decades in prison, since some of the offenses allegedly occurred either in the vicinity of a school or juvenile, which enhances the charges,” a prosecutor’s office statement reads.
Ashley Renee Myers, 28, and Jeremy Wayne Stumbo, 33, both of Xenia, have pleaded not guilty to felony drug charges as co-conspirators in the case, according to the prosecutor’s office.
Myers and Stumbo are both in jail, Myers on $100,000 bond and Stumbo on $20,000 bond.
