Lewis’ body was found the morning of Aug. 2 in the parking lot of the Genesis Apartments complex.
On Thursday, Richmond’s Investigative Services Division arrested MIchael Rashaun Carr, 27, of Richmond, in connection with the homicide investigation.
Carr has been charged with murder and was transported to the Wayne County Jail.
