Warrant issued for Harrison Twp. man wanted in child sex case

A warrant was issued Tuesday for the arrest of a 33-year-old Harrison Twp. man accused in a child sex case.

Jonathan M. Lutz was indicted Tuesday on two counts of gross sexual imposition involving a child younger than 13, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report.

He is not in custody, and is scheduled to be arraigned Oct. 29 in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
