The restaurant told city officials they will file for permits in August. There is no official date for the restaurant to open.
There are more than 530 locations in 43 states. The restaurant chain has several locations in Ohio, including in South Lebanon and Mason in Warren County.
Dickey’s officials did not respond to calls for comment.
