Frame pleaded guilty to official misconduct in Wayne County Superior Court II and was sentenced to nearly 18 months jail sentence, but he will spend about 3 months incarcerated after most of the sentence was suspended for good behavior.
In exchange for his guilty plea, prosecutors dropped a more serious charge of sexual misconduct against Frame.
