Theresa Jones, Horizon Science Academy

Jones will attend college at the University of Toledo after posting straight A’s for the past three years, and earning a cumulative GPA of 4.07. That included several college-level classes at Sinclair.

She has been very involved with her school and community throughout her high school years, participating in the Ivy League Mentorship Program, Law & Leadership, YES! For Youth, and as a tutor at the after-school Clubhouse program.

Jones is in the National Honor Society and Concept Young Scholars Program. She earned a silver medal (second place) in the Biology Division of the Horizon Science and Engineering Fair, and first place in Employment Process at the local Career Development Conference.
