2. Woman sentenced in infant dog mauling case
Yesterday, a woman was sentenced to three years in prison after her dog fatally attacked and mauled a 7-month-old. Kimiko Hardy had warning that her dog was aggressive as it had attacked a postal carrier, according to Montgomery County assistant prosecutor Karen Groseth.
3. Local Chick-fil-A to give away $1,000 a day in free food
A local Chick-fil-A plans to shut its doors for 30 days for a $1 million renovation. During this time employees will focus on service projects to give back to the community.
4. Pregnancy Resource Clinic celebrates grand opening at new location
The Pregnancy Resource Clinic of Clark County will open its doors on Sunday to the public. This facility will provide free medical services such as pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, and nurse consultations.
