Scanner traffic indicates that everyone is out of the car and it has been towed.
INITIAL REPORT:
A vehicle has flipped over on its top on Interstate 75 northbound near Piqua.
Miami County Regional dispatch indicated that CareFlight is on standby, but has not yet been called to the scene.
The crash was reported around 3:30 a.m.
