The crash was reported at 1:43 p.m. on U.S. 36, east of Zimmerman Road.
The driver of the 1997 Mercury minivan, 31-year-old Pamela R. Miller of Sidney, was traveling west on U.S. 36 when she crossed the center line, striking a 2014 black Dodge Ram pickup truck pulling a Rockwood travel trailer, according to a release from the Champaign County Sheriff's Office.
Thomas Poulin, 67, of Virginia, and his wife, who were in the pickup, were not injured.
Miller was trapped inside her dark green vehicle and had to be extricated by St. Paris FIre and EMS. She was flown to Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, where tonight she was listed in good condition, according to a hospital spokeswoman.
Dispatchers said several calls came in reporting that the van was swerving left of center, almost striking a vehicle on U.S. 36 in Westville, according to the release.
The Four County Area Crash Investigation Team consisting of Champaign, Logan, Union and Hancock counties, responded to assist with the crash, which remains under investigation.

CareFlight took a woman to the hospital early Friday afternoon after a crash near Urbana.
Dispatchers said several calls came in reporting a van swerving left of center on U.S. 36 near Zimmerman Road. It was near that intersection that the woman driver hit a pickup truck hauling a camper, according to Champaign County deputies.
The woman was flown to Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. Her immediate condition was not known.
Deputies said everyone in the pickup truck was OK.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
