Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant coming to SW Ohio

Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant is moving ahead with plans to add a new location between Dayton and Cincinnati.

The Chicago-based restaurant chain applied Tuesday to the Ohio Division of Liquor Control for a liquor license for a restaurant planned for Liberty Center in Butler County. It operates restaurants in Cincinnati (8080 Montgomery Road) and Columbus. Each Cooper’s Hawk includes a winery, full-service restaurant, tasting room and retail store. Wines are made from grapes grown in California, Oregon, Washington and Michigan.
