Beginning this week, Montgomery County Commission meetings regularly scheduled for Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m. will now be held at noon due to the coronavirus pandemic, the county announced Monday.

Regular Tuesday afternoon meetings will remain at 1:30 p.m. as scheduled in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room (Room 1001) at the County Administration Building at 451 W. Third Street in Dayton.

The meetings, however, are closed to the general public to protect the health of employees and the public, according to the county. The morning meeting time change and public admittance ban will remain in effect until further notice, according to the county.
