The YMCA is partnering with Kettering Health Network and Premier Health to provide its employees with daycare, said Dale Brunner, CEO of the Greater Dayton YMCA.

Many parents are struggling to find child care resources after Governor DeWine announced the closure of all Ohio schools last week. DeWine has also said that daycare centers, at some point, will close.

The Child Care for Health Care Personnel Program will support employees who are essential to the community during the COVID-19 pandemic, according to Elizabeth Long, APR, Manager, Media and Public Relations for Kettering Health Network.

“We are grateful for the support of the YMCA of Greater Dayton for working quickly and collaboratively to bring resources to our health care team,” said Long.
