Slick roads blamed for head-on crash in Butler Twp.

UPDATE @ 6:10 a.m.: 

Weather conditions were to blame for a head-on crash on Dog Leg Road in Butler Twp. that trapped at least one driver in their vehicle, according to police.

The crash was reported around 4:45 a.m. on Dog Leg Road just north of National Road.

Police said a driver lost control and crossed over the center line, slamming into another car head-on.

At least three medics were called to the crash, however the conditions of those involved in the crash were not released.

All police units cleared the scene around 6:05 a.m.

Additional details were not available.

We are hearing reports of a crash reported at National Road and Dog Leg Road.

Initial reports indicate that one person may have been trapped in a vehicle.

Three medics have responded to the crash, according to scanner traffic.

The crash was reported around 4:45 a.m.
