One of two vehicles ran a red light and t-boned the other vehicle around 1:11 a.m., West Carrollton Public Information Officer Marueen Flaute said. It’s unknown which car ran the red light at this time.
As a result of the crash, a pickup truck landed on its side and trapped the driver for a short period of time. The driver was mechanically extricated by the fire department and transported to an area hospital with no obvious injuries, Flaute said. The driver of the SUV wasn’t injured.
