Search called off after reports of person needing medical attention in Trotwood park

UPDATE @ 11:30 a.m.: 

Trotwood police said all parties are accounted for after officers and fire crews received reports of a person who was possibly in need of medical assistance at Madison Lakes park Tuesday morning.

All crews began clearing the scene around 11:30 a.m.

Our crew on the scene observed one person who was handcuffed and placed it the back of a police cruiser, however it was not known if it was connected to the initial search or investigation.

Additional details were not available.

FIRST REPORT

Fire and rescue crews are involved in an active search for a person who might be in need of medical attention at the Madison Lakes park in Trotwood, according to dispatch records.

Olive Road is blocked north of West Third Street while crews search for the person who is believed to be in the park and is in need of medical attention.

The emergency call was received by a third party and crews were dispatched to search the park and locate the person.
